It looks like it’s going to be an evolution rather than a revolution at Old Trafford.
David Moyes has had good time to assess the quality of the squad now and despite some poor results I’m sure he is pleasantly surprised by the overall level of talent.
There will be some signings and sackings though in the winter window and certainly next summer.
Moyes may look to add some more strength at the back and also some creativity in the midfield and forward areas. Top teams are always on the lookout for players who can make a difference in the final third.
One player who has been mentioned in relation to Manchester United for a couple of years now is the Brazilian wonder kid Bruno Gomes.
The kid has been for trials at Manchester United and is clearly enamoured by Old Trafford. The Express today suggests that Manchester United are close to finally signing the player now that he has turned 18.
The Desportivo Brazil forward, who has sparked interest from Real Madrid, Udinese and Sao Paulo, is expected to join United upon turning 18 after impressing on trial last summer.
The Reds hold first refusal over the 17-year-old, but the deal is cancelled in the event of a bid over a certain level from another club.
This kid looks like a player with magic in his boots and if he can develop at a decent rate then he may well make the grade in The Premier league. Let’s see him in action and you can make up your own mind about the little Bobby dazzler.
Manchester United fans are we looking at the next Cristiano Ronaldo or another Kleberson?
