But the fact that Lazio haven’t declared the brilliant playmaker, Felipe Anderson, off limits would lead us to believe that a deal is doable.
And British media outlet The Sun reports that Manchester United are being encouraged to put their money where their mouth is by making a solid bid for the player.

Anderson has perhaps had his head turned by all the transfer speculation surrounding him and Manchester United. He’s been persistently linked and he was accused of putting in a substandard performance in his last outing for the club, against Carpi, with his manager hooking Anderson at half-time and stating:
“I believe he can do a lot more. I know it and he knows it.”
Anderson is precisely the sort of player that Manchester United require. He’s got great pace, quick feet and an acute football brain to speed up a too often moribund United attack.
Hi signing would surely give the whole Manchester United squad a lift as they pursue a top four finish and silverware in The Europe League and The FA Cup in the second half o the season.
