Tottenham will address several areas of their squad in the summer and we wouldn’t be surprised to see another winger join the club.
Nacer Chadli, Erik Lamela and Andros Townsend have done well in spurts but Tottenham need a player with deadly and consistent crossing ability who can put the ball on a plate for Harry Kane.
Last year Tottenham were strongly linked with a move for Dnipro schemer Yehven Konoplyanka and Spurs fans may be interested to hear that he has become a free agent this summer.
His stock has fallen somewhat since his failed move to Liverpool last summer but, at just 25, he potentially still has his best football ahead of him.
He’s played 45 times for Ukraine since his debut in 2010, scoring a creditable 10 goals, largely from wide areas. He’s adaptable, quick and great in front of goal. He can play in several positions and we think that his apparent wage demands of £100k a week would be offset by the lack of fee.
The Mirror states that the free agent is desperate for a move to The Premier League and, with only Newcastle and Stoke reportedly sniffing around at the moment, it seems like good time to make a move.
Let’s take look at the lad in action. Tottenham fans: is he good enough to make a mark in the first eleven at Spurs?

I’ve said it since the first time I see this lad play against us 2 seasons ago. konoplyanka is made for our style of play, 3 behind kane. if we don’t sign him I give up on this joke of a football club. enough is enough sign kono on a free.
