Perhaps we have just happened to see this guy playing badly but every time we watch him he seems to commit a massive howler.
Having only played 13 times for Brazil it’s perhaps safe to assume that this guy lacks the technique of some of his fellow countrymen. At 6ft 2in and change, he does look as if he could do a decent job in England but we would also be slightly concerned about whether he has the pace to deal with the likes of Sergia Aguero running at him.

FINAL WORD: Dante is 31 and possibly only has a couple of years left at the top level. He wouldn’t come cheap and if you were to ask us if he’s noticeably better than what Manchester United currently have at the back we would have to give you a categoric ‘no’.
