Confirmed: One player who won’t be coming to Real Madrid any time soon

Imperious

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti is generally quite an introverted man who keep his plans to himself.

But he has spoken out about recent reports linking Real Madrid with a move for Paul Pogba. The French international midfielder has blossomed since he left Manchester United for Juventus a couple of years ago and is now arguably one of the best box to box men in the world.

He’s a powerful and tall player who can shield his defence manfully. But driving forward into the heart of the midfield and attacking areas is his forte. He is a scorer of great goals and he could become a great goalscorer as his career develops – lets not forget he’s just 21.

Real Madrid always seem to be on the lookout for players with magic in their boots. But the Italian coach of Madrid says it’s a deal which isn’t going to happen, right now at least:

“Pogba has the ability to play anywhere, but not for Real Madrid,” Ancelotti told Sky Italia.

“Why not? Because at the moment we’re not interested in him.”

That’s not to say Real Madrid won’t go for the lad in future. But when you look at that central midfield axis of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos you do feel that it will be difficult for anybody to break the partnership. Pogba could of course play further forward but again he would struggle to get into the team ahead of Rodriguez, Ronaldo, Bale or Benzema.

With players like Sammy Khedira and Asier Illaremendi on the books as well as Isco and Jese, Real Madrid certainly aren’t short on midfielders at this point.

Let’s see him in action anyway. Real Madrid fans with this be a player he would be happy to invest you something?
