Manchester United have holes in their team and will need to prioritise more than one area this summer.
But it is highly questionable whether the right back position will be one of them. Manchester United do only have one specialist senior right back in Rafael da Silva and he’s had one of his less consistent seasons at the club.
Nevertheless he is a top talent and should go on to have a successful career at Manchester United. But there have been regular rumours about Manchester United going for Toffees full-back Seamus Coleman and it’s easy to see why.
Bought for just £60,000 by David Moyes he’s gone on to become one of the best defenders in The Premier league.
He does the defensive side of things well and is solid in the tackle. But going forward he is a sensational player – a great athlete who never seems to tire and has a superb final ball. He’s also chipped in with seven goals this season. All in all he’s a brilliant dynamo of a full-back who will surely be sought by big clubs this summer.
Bookmaker Skybet has Manchester United as 3/1 favourites to sign Coleman this summer.
With so many areas of the squad that need refreshing we don’t think Coleman will be right at the top of Manchester United shopping list. That said, we wouldn’t be at all surprised if he ended up in the United red come September.
Let’s have a look at the lad in action. Manchester United fans should you prioritise the right back position or is Rafa good enough?

Everyone knows that David moyes’ best position in the premier league is 7, with the Everton squad which he was trying to bring to United one by one, therefore coleman will be a waste in United whereas Rafael would be far much better than him [coleman] if was at everton. United should not shop at everton, if Rafael is down jones can take over!
