The report states that Tottenham have spoken to the player and are making a firm offer of 4.5m in wages per year on top of a potential transfer fee of 12m Euros.

The 20 year old forward has played at every youth level for Spain and is expected to make his full debut in the next year.

He’s also played well for Barcelona since his debut in 214 with 5 goals in just 17 appearances.

But this may not be deemed enough to keep him on the books at Barcelona and Tottenham could be the grateful benefactors.

If Tottenham do sign Sandro they will be adding yet another exciting young player to the ranks as Spurs coach Mauricio Pochettino continues to build a team that can challenge for years to come.

Let’s see Sandro in action. Tottenham fans: a first-teamer?
