‘Who the flipping heck are you’ may be a fitting chant for Tottenham supporters as they travel to Azerbaijan to play FK Qarabag on Thursday evening.
We have persistently sung the praises of Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochtettino and not least because he tends to pick a strong team in Europe.
Lest we forget, the winner of the competition now goes into The Champions League and this represents another credible entry point for Tottenham to the best club competition in the world.
Tottenham had the hugely impressive Dele Alli yellow carded against West Ham at the weekend and his one game domestic suspension will surely mean another start in this one.
Tottenham face Chelsea at the weekend and will want to be fresh for that – especially as they have one less rest day than the Blues and also a massive distance to traverse.
So the XI will surely be tempered by these elements.
With all this in mind, here is our strong XI to get the job done but keep the gunpowder dry enough for the weekend.
Tottenham fans: let’s have your XIs.
