Spanish outlet Sport.es has reported this week that Barcelona may be prepared to offload their brilliant young forward Munir El Haddadi.
The report states that the 20 year old is coming towards the last 18 months of his contract but has no intention of signing a new deal unless Barcelona offer much better terms.
This stand off could well prove to be another way of negotiating a new deal before everyone goes back to work. After all, Munir is very highly regarded at Barcelona having made 9 appearances this season and getting a call up to the Spain seniors in the last year.
But he may soon become disenchanted playing second fiddle to Neymar, Messi and Suarez and he may well be the sort of player that Manchester United are keen on.
It’s no secret that Manchester United are looking for wingers with pace and Munir can play anywhere across the front line.
With A-list players particularly hard to recruit in January Manchester United may have to be a bit inventive with their transfer activity and Munir ticks many of the boxes.
Let’s have a look at him.
