We have always been firm believers in the transfer policy of Louis van Gaal in his time at Manchester United.
During a huge spending spree over the last year the only questionable signings – Falcao and Di Maria – have already left the club.
The rest have to be seen as a success. So we have full confidence in Louis van Gaal’s future acquisitions.
But we are a little surprised that the name floating around, in relation to a Manchester United move this weekend, hasn’t already been signed by the club.
The Express reports:
Man Utd to beat Spurs and Man City to international star after scouting Chelsea game
MANCHESTER UNITED have set their sights on Porto defender Bruno Martins Indi.
Apparently Manchester United had representatives in Porto in midweek to see the Portuguese defeat Jose’s beleaguered troops and they may make a move for the 23 year old.
Martins Indi joined Porto in 2014 and has played with great confidence for the the Portuguese side, to further enhance his growing reputation.
He’s a big lad with good feet and a player who can operate in several positions – a trait that we all know the Manchester United manager likes in his signings.
Let’s see the Dutch international in action.
