Must Win

It’s been a nightmare for Chelsea this season.

If only they could start it all over again you feel that the results would be different.

Because, regardless of results, there is no doubt that Chelsea have the tools to have a successful season, despite their slow start.

The defence has been shaky and that is why we are going to bring Ivanovic into he centre alongside Terry for their first Champions League encounter of the season. Zouma is a good player but what is required now is experience and composure in the back line.

Ivanovic is as strong as an ox and rarely let’s you down.

Let’s get Baba in on the left and put Azpilicueta in his preferred role on the right.

Further forward things just haven’t been clicking either so far this season.

Chelsea would regularly go with two defensive midfielders in Europe, as they did against Everton.

But we think it’s time for Cesc to drop back alongside Matic and to give Oscar a start after injury.

We are going to put the pace of Willian and Hazard either side and give Pedro the night off after a baptism of fire at the start of his Chelsea career.

The Spaniard can come on for the last half hour and make a real difference if things are tight.

So here is our best XI for a game which Chelsea simply must win.

Chelsea fans: let’s have your elevens.
