Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund have confirmed the signing of Manchester United Adnan Januzaj on a season long.

And the player has tweeted a picture of himself and the kit by way of confirming the deal.

With the talented youngster clearly deemed to need more experience before becoming a front line member of the Manchester United squad, he has gone out for more game time in a similar league.

Most Manchester United fans will hope that this is no more than a temporary departure for a player who has shown much promise in his time at the club, but not quite kicked on as quickly as some would perhaps have liked, since he burst onto the scene two years ago with a brace at Sunderland.

Now, unless we are completely useless at analysing Manchester United’s needs, there is surely a player at Dortmund who ticks virtually every box.

Surely Manchester United must have asked about Marco Reus when they did the deal for Adnan? Perhaps it may still prove to be part of the deal? Some have asked that question today and he has been linked to Manchester United already this summer.

Louis van Gaal is not always an easy man to predict but it’s almost inconceivable that he wouldn’t like the cut of Reus’s jib.

He’s quick, direct, amazingly two-footed and can play anywhere along the front line.

What’s more he has great composure in the final third and scores goals.

In short, he is everything that Manchester United lack right now.

Reus would be the perfect solution for a yawning hole in Manchester United’s right flank and, although he would cost a fortune, he would be worth every penny.

Let’s see the star in action.

Manchester United fans: the ideal solution?
