Not Stones: Chelsea agree deal for one of the top players in world football – report

Paul-Pogba-Juventus_2859851

Done?

The Sun really is going for broke this weekend. They have done an exclusive on Neymar to Manchester United and they also reckon that Chelsea could be on the verge of their biggest transaction of the summer.

They reckon that:

CHELSEA have agreed a stunning £69million deal to sign Juventus’ Paul Pogba.

Firstly we think that there is no doubt Pogba would be a superb addition to the Chelsea team.

His skill, dynamism and forward trust reminds us of Yaya Toure and, if he can have that sort of impact at Chelsea, then we might as well call off the title race for a few years.

Just pay the man!

Just pay the man!

But we think that a swap deal would be a much more likely way for this deal to happen. With Juventus reportedly keen on Juan Cuadrado and Oscar, perhaps we may see those two go the other way.

Oscar would be a loss but Pogba could well be asked to play in that position behind the striker so the Brazilian might not get a game anyway.

At just 22 the lad has already played 22 times for France, including at The World Cup last year.

He also appeared in The Champions League Final last season.

Any team in Europe would want this youngster but Chelsea may well amaze everyone and get this deal over the line in August.

Let’s take look at him in action.

Chelsea fans: would you be happy to lose Oscar if Pogba came in?

I would like Chelsea to keep Oscar at all cost and get Pogba. Let Coudrado , Ramires and unfortunately Moses, since we have Kennedy.

The only concerns now are the defensive line if we can’t get Jones . Terry and Ivanovic are leaking corners at the moment. Kalas should come back and fight for space.

Comment: i will be happy to see Pogba at the bridge but using willian and Oscar as part of the deal will be a mistake chelsea will be doing. we want to strenghten our team so how then can we let these two key players leave the team. they are important to the team and must keep them. Cuadrado and Ramires can be used as part of the deal and if they don’t want them, chelsea should pay the needed amount they want in order to land the boy to the bridge.

i am sure should Pogba join my team, chelsea will be will be untouchable for the next 3 or 4 seasons . we have a team that has young talent, 3/4 of the team below 27. i wld expect Mourinho to complete the stones deal as soon as posible, remember we have a host of other teams interested in the youngman. Oscar should not go, may be willian

Yes we need Pogba and i know Pogba will help us a lot because we need someone of his caliber to play a long Matic and fabregas will play number 10…Oscar can go I won’t mind because Pogba is the best than him….even if he stay…we may find him on the bench everyday…But why not let Remy, Quadrado, Obi, Moses to go…we don’t need those players we need some fresh blood to come and terrorise the Premier league and champions league again

pls, mr jose should not make a silly mistake of selling oscar , william and mikel they are helpfull substitute. the like of moses, ramires, caudrado should be sell to acquire the service of pogba.the new Essen. even we have kenndy.so we have enough choices.pls those 3 should be off load.

Jose needs to get fabregas outa d heart of that defense. Playing two slow midfielders; matic and fabregas will only leave our defense wild open. Epl gets faster in speed every season. Last season tactics has to be updated JOSE!!! We probably need a defensive midfielder. That way fabregas plays A-Midfield . playing zouma and matic in midfield will help pending when a DM comes in.Stones,Ivanovic, apizilicueta(RB) and Rahman (Lb). Will be my defensive selection. Pedro, hazard and remy/ falcao. Jose should be fair enough to play his other striking options. Cos costa has been a pain in d ass right from preseason

    Aug 26, 2015 at 8:38 am

Comment:josh shld pls find every possible way to sign pogba and john stones…. We can sell d likes of cuadrado, ramires, moses, loic remy and if necessary john obi mykel. So dt we can ave a strong and dangerous team in d Epl and Champions league.
