Reports over the weekend suggest that Tottenham may be preparing for something of a transfer spree.
They have so far focused on departures and their defence, with Kieran Tripper and Toby Alderweireld coming in.
Meanwhile they have offloaded the liked of Etienne Capoue and Paulinho in what looks like a smart summer of activity in the market.
The Said Berahino speculation rumbles on.

Sven Bender
The other Bender
The 26 year old has seemingly been linked to a big money move for time immemorial.
Yet he remains a consistent performer for Dortmund, having signed for them in 2009 (4 goals in 168 games).
He is a solid anchor man with great athleticism and his consistency has so far earned him 7 caps for the national side. He’d be a solid signing for Tottenham’s midfield.
Timo Werner
This 19 year old forward is a very exciting prospect indeed. With 5 goals in 6 games for the Germany U19s he’s generated a lot of hype. And he’s already played a remarkable number of games for Stuttgart – 53 in total with 7 goals scored. He surely has a big future.
Christoph Kramer
The 24 year old is another defensive midfielder who is solid but not prolific in front of goal. He’s got 10 caps for Germany since his debut last year and would possibly be an even better signing than Bender for the defensive midfield.
