Report: Chelsea now favourites and on the brink of the deal of the summer?

Masterful

To have a manager that is so tactically astute is great. To have one who is also such a great man-manager is wonderful. But to get one who rarely gets it wrong in the transfer market to boot, is a dream.

Chelsea fans must count themselves very fortunate then that Jose Mourinho came back to The Bridge in an attempt to build a lasting dynasty.

The latest news reports suggest that Chelsea are in pole position to sign one of the very best available players in Europe. Despite intense speculation about his next destination The Daily Mail reports that The Blues lead the charge for Arda Turan:

Chelsea favourites to sign £29m Turan from Atletico with star preferring London move over Barcelona

Chelsea look to be the front-runners but PSG remain keen, while Manchester United have also registered an interest.

The 28 year old is at his very peak and is said to be wanted by Barcelona, Manchester United and PSG – not a bad list of suitors is it?

And they can’t all be wrong. So whoever wins the race for this guy is going to be a much stronger outfit next season.

With Radamel Falcao seemingly in the bag Turan will offer even better service into Chelsea’s roster of strikers. He’s a great dribbler, rarely gives the ball away and is the master of the key pass.

It’s difficult to see him not succeeding if he does move to Chelsea next season.

Let’s see the lad in action. Blues fans: the dream signing?

Comment:I strongly believe that the addition of Arda Turan will post a serious threat to Chelsea’s opponents because he has the skill and energy require in the Epl.Mou is not only the only but also the Wise one.He goes for what he wants. Chelsea’s fans should not blame Czech for going to Arsenal rather they should be grateful because he has done a lots for the club and he needs to be honored and rewarded handsomely. No doubt Czech he is a true legend.
