There has still been no official word on Falcao to Chelsea. And, after yet another really poor performance for his country at The Copa America, perhaps The Special One is beginning to question the wisdom of paying a superstar salary for a player whose fairy dust appears to have disappeared.
At 29 Falcao can still recover but it’s that yard of pace, that the latest injury seems to have deprived the player of, which is the big concern. As we all know, Torres struggled badly when he was shorn of his explosive groundspeed.
And reports over the weekend state that Chelsea may be looking at a much younger option. The Daily Mail states:

Mitrovic looks like an absolute natural in front of goal. He’s bagged 44 in 90 for his current club Anderlecht and hit 18 in 42 for Partisan Belgrade before that. These are great stats at any rate. But they are all the more impressive when you consider his age – Mitrovic is just 20.
He’s already played 13 times for Serbia (1 goal) and looks as if his future in the higher echelons of the game is assured.
We think that a lot of Chelsea fans might prefer the signing of a young player with promise rather than a hugely expensive veteran who, increasingly, looks in terminal decline. Of course, Jose may be planning to sign both.

Mourihno and the entire chelsea management are still carried away by the epl titles. Winning epl title is not a big deal. Afterall psg has been winning the local cup. Mourihno has won champions league more than once alongside other titles. So i still wonder why chelsea is not making the right desicions. Even mourinho is still making wrong decisions without thinking of the consequences. How can they be considering to sell oscar and remy? Chelsea is only planning to destroy their team buying selling these players that gave them the titles. Why? It will take chelsea a long time to rebuild the team. Chelsea think they can make the best out of falcoa. I see Falcao not coping with chelsea style of play let alone adapting and improving. Inspite of all these chelsea want to use falcoa to replace remy. That was how mourihno used caudrado to replace schurell. Schurlle played exceptionaly well both in club and world cup as well as the german club cup which he won the title this year. Chelsea sold kevin da bruyne and argen reuben so i am not suprised now. Chelsea is pondering on mitrovic and i wonder and ponder why. Pondering! On a wonder kid?Instead of chelsea to contact him. What is going wrong with chelsea. Now mitrovics agent has hinted that chelsea is not an option because they are scared they might loan, bench or do him what they want to do oscar and remy. This is definitely not a good news because i really want mitrovic to play for chelsea. As a matter of fact i am not suprised because chelsea prefer to use falcao who scored only for 4goals instead of mitrovic who scored 23 goals. It is in chelsea best interest to contact mitrovic as fast as possible and assure him of regular playing. Chelsea shouldnot think of selling oscar and remy. These players are playmakers. If chelsea decides to destroy the team well, they may be fighting not enter the religation zone.

I think what chelsea is trying to do may not help the defendding of the league title why nott go for a goal puncher, a striker who can find the net and place the ball in. Mourihno should contact Mitrovic fast and asured him of starting nd stop persueing Falcao nd also keep Remy nd oscar.

Comment:Chelsea should find a killer striker like Luiz Suarez so that he would be replacing Costa incase of injuries.Bringing of Arda Turan will be of good paramount and also agood defender to be replacing Terry since.
