The report suggests that Bayern Munchen, who want to sign Angel di Maria, may hold out for some kind of swap deal. We know that Di Maria hasn’t had the best of seasons but this would have to be one of the most underwhelming swaps of all time!

A big lad of 6ft 2in he currently knows how to deal with aerial threats. But we have seen him make too many mistakes down the years to feel confident that he’s a big upgrade on what Manchester United already have.
