4-3-3: Manchester United’s Best XI to take 3 points from Arsenal

united arse

Patchy

Manchester United limped their way to victory over Crystal Palace and, in so doing, effectively booked their place in next season’s Champions League.

Apart from a few decent results it’s been a season to forget but at least Manchester United fans will have a great summer after the main objective was achieved.

Now they can sit back and watch new quality stream into the club as Louis wastes no time in his recruitment drive.

But Manchester United will want to give their fans, who have stuck by the team all season, something to remember in their last home game of the campaign at Old Trafford on Sunday (Kick Off 16:00 Local Time).

RvP should have recovered from a virus but Michael Carrick is out for the season which means that Wayne Rooney could play deeper once more with the Dutchman up top. With major changes afoot in the summer, could it be RvP’s Old Trafford send off? Perhaps one more season awaits him at Manchester United.

The hapless Luke Shaw took a nasty knock against palace so expect Daley Blind to revert to his best position at left-back.

Otherwise the side should look pretty similar to the one which has been pretty patchy of late. Roll on the summer.

Manchester United fans: let’s have your elevens.

Yes, Rooney should not play in midfield, instead may be jones and heirrera in midfield or another solution for midfiled. Rooney should play upfront.

Why do guys still bliev Roony in the midfield! He is extremely poor in that role. Rojo will be available, he can play LB and Blind continues his role in the midfield if this is not possible then I prefer Jones over Roony, Freguson used him their and he did better, he can do the holding role and allow Herrera to attack without wory.

Try Fellaini for Rooney. And di Maria for Fellaini. Vp to start if he does not score put in Rooney. This wil work oh and macnair for Valencia.

I would prefer this 4-4-2 formation.
    De gea
    Valencia,Smalling,Rojo,Blind,
    Jones
    Mata,Herrera,Fellaini,Di maria,
    Rooney
    Substitutions
    Valdez,Mcnair,Perriera,Young,Falcao,Rvp and Januzaj

4-4-2 won’t work against an Arsenal team that will deploy 3 in the middle of the park. United would chase shadows for 90 minutes.
They must match them in the middle of the park and Rooney as the holding MF player won’t work. It has never worked!
With Rojo back to fitness, he can move to the LB position ( if Shaw is not available) and Blind can stay in the the holding MF role.

Playing Rooney in the midfield is a fucking waste. Fellani should be dropped, he was poor against West Brom
