After starting so brightly for his new club Everton, it appears that thing shave gone south pretty quickly with regards Samuel Eto’o.
According to The Daily Mail, the player has said that he isn;t in the right frame of mind to play for Everton and talk are planned:
Eto’o missed the FA Cup replay with West Ham on Tuesday after he told Martinez he was not in the right frame of mind to play; Everton’s manager then gave him permission to travel to the Middle East, where he has an offer from Qatari side Al Gharafa.
It will be sad to see Etoo’o leave, as seems likely now. He’s still a fine athlete (however old) and offered cutting edge up top in the cameo roles that he was performing for the club.
In other reports the speculation over the future of Kevin Mirallas continues with the Everton boss also keen to sort this one out.

With only;y 18 months left on his Everton contract rumours of his future will be rife until he signs contract. But, however patchy his form of late, Everton fans and Martinez will surely want to tie this guy down to a new contract. He’s a solid and consistent deliverer of quality and we still think that he has a major role to play for The Toffees. The best may be yet to come.
Let’s see him in action for Everton. Toffees fans: surely the club has to hold on to this guy?
