Tottenham are chasing pass master extraordinaire according to latest reports

Rabiot

Pass Master

We felt that the recent the Tottenham game against Chelsea could well turn out to be a watershed moment. If ever there was going to be a platform for a team to go on a great run, this was it.

We were particularly impressed by Moussa Dembele who came on for the injured Ryan Mason early on in that game and gave an imperious display in the centre of the park.

But his subsequent minutes on the pitch have been more in keeping with his general level of performance whilst he’s been at Tottenham player – pretty disappointing and somewhat sluggish.

And Tottenham once again look like they could do with a little bit more energy in the centre of the park. To this end they have today been linked with a loan signing who, while pretty young, is already an accomplished looking player.

The Daily Mail reports:

Spurs are also plotting a loan move for Paris St Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

PSG is a strange club in that it has spent hundreds of millions in the last few years to fast track itself to success. And even though Rabiot, 19, should really be one of the crown jewels of the team for now and the future, he seems to be on the periphery of the squad. The French club clearly rate him but Rabiot seems impatient to get more game time and perhaps a move to Tottenham could be too his liking – especially in the short term.

We certainly think that is a quality player who keeps it simple, has a great passing range and a superb motor.

Let’s have a look at him in action. Tottenham fans: do you believe that Rabiot could make an impact straightaway or is he too young to do so right now?

Virgil Van Dijk, Morgan Schneiderlin and Jackson Martinez, that’s who we need and that’s who we want, all available at a price, get Mr Joe Lewis to spend a few quid for a change.

Thats right, Keep Aaron Lennon, we need him for his speed and exciting football, we can make him into a star and better than Gareth Bale if Lennon puts his mind to it. – We do not want any big headed, ego players at Tottenham, just loyal enough to stay and create something big and consistent at the club, someone who enjoys there football and has passion and that likes to play rather than silverware, silverware and title will come in time, even when winning we need to win it differently for the passion and love of the game rather than how the so called big four has won it….Come on you Spurs, make this transfer window one to remember….
