Manchester United are currently in a state of revolution as the menager guts the squad of what he doesn’t like and brings in a raft of new players. It started in the summer and we expect the revolving doors to start swinging again in January.
One of the first bits of business could be to conclude a deal with Burnley for Michael Keane. Latest reports state that the on-loan United lad will make a permanent move to Burnley after terms were agreed:
BURNLEY and Manchester United have reached an agreement over the permanent transfer of Michael Keane.
We think think that Manchester United have a lot of decent defenders but not a lot of great ones. Keane was one of the stars of the youth teams at United and many expected him to have a solid career at the club.
But, with Tyler Blackett, Paddy McNair, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones ahead of him in the pecking order – and more arrivals expected – his future looks bleak at Manchester United.
The Red Devils will get a few million quid for him and Burnley will surely get great service from another brilliantly schooled United colt.
Let’s take al look at Keane in action. Manchester United fans: are you sad to see Kenae leave or does the club need to clear the decks for a big signing?
