With Chelsea dropping points at the weekend there has been a slight change of tone from some areas of the media, who are now talking about Chelsea being beatable. It’s a typically knee-jerk reaction.
In truth the Blues had a tough week but could still gave beaten a much fresher Sunderland side with a bit of luck.
The big blow for Chelsea is that they will be without their main man, Diego Costa, who misses the Tottenham game after picking up his 5th yellow card of the season on Saturday.
But with an otherwise nearly fully fit squad to pick from (Ake is the sole injury concern right now), a replacement won’t be too much of a problem.
Chelsea can pick Drogba as a like for like replacement or choose the pace of Remy. We prefer the latter right now but Drogba has been in the mood of late so we should perhaps expect him to start.
Here is our best XI for what should be a tough game against Tottenham. Mourinho may rest the odd player but this is the best available XI. Chelsea fans: let’s have your line ups please.
