Manchester United: The February Dream Team

The Theatre Of Dreams

Perfect XI for Feb

Manchester United have made one marquee signing this winter and many believe that Juan Mata will go on to be a club legend. He had a decent start to his career at Manchester United on Tuesday evening but more signings will be required to turn this team around.

Unfortunately for the Manchester United fans, time is running out on the January window. But if David Moyes could get in his ideal signings in the next few days we think the Manchester United team might look something like this – fitness permitting of course.

Manchester United 4-2-3-1

David De Gea – stronger than he has ever been at Manchester United. A real world class talent.

Luke Shaw – there is a feeling that this brilliant young England left back would prefer to move to his boyhood idols Chelsea. But it Manchester United went it was a massive bid for the player then surely they would have a good chance to sign him.

Phil Jones – we are now starting to see what Fergie was on about when he talked about Phil Jones becoming a great. He’s tenacious, self-assured and comfortable in possession.

Rio Ferdinand – We would play Rio until he’s 40 – the classy ballplayer to go with Phil Jones’s grit.

Rafael Da Silva – Hopefully this brilliant right back isn’t too disheartened by the departure of his brother to Cardiff City. Because he could have a marvellous future at the club.

Micheal Carrick – He is 32 now but can still do the business at the top level for Manchester United.

Toni Kroos – The German international would be a fantastic partner for Michael Carrick in front of the defence.

Juan Mata – The left hand side of an awesome attacking quartet.

Adnan Januzaj – Getting better by the week and already a certain starter.

Wayne Rooney – The perfect number 10.

RvP – Even though he’s not yet back to full fitness he showed, against Cardiff, what Manchester United have been missing – namely cutting edge up top.

I think having Tony Kroose will be a good idea, and with dis kind of formation, i see united charging back to the summit of the table. I wish Moyes could grab dis golden opprtunity n act swiftly to avoid more competition in the summer.
