Manchester United: Deals could still be done in January

The Theatre Of Dreams

Any more business for United?

Manchester United welcomed their new star with open arms on Tuesday night. But a decent performance from Juan Mata failed to mask yet another unconvincing performance by The Red Devils.

Gone are the days when Manchester united would counter-attack with frightening speed. In general the build up play is way too pedestrian these days. Manchester United still need midfielders to open up defences and to speed up play. The also need a powerful presence to add dynamism and dominate the centre of the park.

Here are some players who could still make the move to Manchester United in January

Fernando – The Porto player has been linked to Manchester United for some time now. Although he won’t offer huge amounts of creativity, he’s a defensive midfielder who could bring solidity and power to the midfield areas, which have been dominated by the opposition this season.

Toni Kroos – the brilliant goalscoring midfielder from Bayern Munich is in the middle of a contract wrangle with his current club. He would be the ideal addition to this Manchester United team. He’s a player of real character and dynamism. His swashbuckling style would make him a favourite very quickly at Old Trafford.

Wesley Sneijder – Rumours were rife at the start of January that the Dutchman may make a move. Those rumours have tailed off but he would still be a superb addition to Manchester United – and is possibly gettable.

Let’s see the Dutchman banging in some goals. Manchester United fans – will the club do any more business in the January window?

Moyes should buy a left back, a center back & a defensive midfielder, They should be of a high quality to help Man utd come back to top four.
