In an era of ever more mercenary footballers Chelsea fans will be pleased to hear that Porto’s Hulk has his sights firmly set on The Blues.
Asked if he would be tempted by a move to moneybags PSG, he told the Portuguese daily sports paper O Jogo:
“Chelsea are the champions of Europe and any player would like to go there.”
“I would like to go there more than any other club. But I have to remember that I have a contract at Porto and I am very happy here too.”
As we well know, Roman isn’t scared to splash the sort of cash that it will take to bring the Brazilian to the club. Now that the player has expressed a firm desire to come, you have to say that it’s a deal that looks like being done. As for the player, he has every quality required to succeed at Chelsea. The difference between him and the big money strikers that have failed at Stamford Bridge is that he has incredible pace, so even if his touch deserts him, he will offer a great deal to the side anyway. In other words, it’s a no brainer of a signing. Exciting times for Chelsea.

Up blues, i know dat Givanildo viera de souza known as hulk is d chelsea fans favourite player in dis transfer window & i think is not d only player dat can feet like drogba in dis planet. i will like to urge abramovich to look unto dat ongoing euro or elsewhere & search 4 another striker dat can peer torres when we are using 4-4-2 formation.
