Jose Mourinho is getting the best out of some surprising players at Manchester United.

Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, and Antonio Valencia have all flourished since the Portuguese’s arrival in the north-west, but that can’t be said of the entire squad.

Anthony Martial’s struggles this season have been well-documented enough, with the Frenchman finding it difficult to get game time since Marcus Rashford’s switch out wide.

Mourinho has insisted that the 21-year-old must work hard to impress him, but it seems the player and his agent have other ideas.

The Sun are reporting that a loan move to Sevilla is now on the cards, even if it’s hardly going to help him progress at United.

“We are studying the Sevilla option in detail,” agent Philippe Lamboley said.

“Sevilla are a very good club, are in a good position in La Liga, play in the Champions League and have a great coach. That’s all I can tell you.”

Martial doesn’t seem to have settled in England, with his ongoing divorce disputes potentially having affected his form. A move back to Monaco, or at least somewhere else in Ligue 1, had been rumoured, but Sevilla would have to fight equally hard to convince United to let him go.

Rashford hasn’t exactly been thriving and other than Martial, the Red Devils don’t have a lot of cover – so it seems unlikely, but not impossible, that he’ll be heading to La Liga.
