Hull City v Manchester United
Saturday 3:00pm BST
Man United -1.5 goals at 2.30 with Bet365.
After 2 rounds both sides have a perfect 100% record. Hull in particular have confounded the critics by getting off to a flyer, however, this only paints over the real issues surrounding the club. I’ll be surprised if they can continue to keep that from affecting performances on the pitch. United have won both games this season by a 2 goal margin and I expect that to continue today.
They have also won 4 of the last 5 against Hull (3 by 2+) scoring at least 3 goals in the 4 wins. The other match was the most recent, 0-0 in a dead rubber two seasons ago.
We should get goals if history is anything to go by, however Hull have not scored in 3 of the 5 matches in our sample.
For goalscorers, it’s going to be hard to oppose Ibra considering the finishing he’s shown so far with 3 goals. Sure the wages are massive but you can’t help but think he’s going to repay them many times over.
