Olympiacos vs Arsenal, The Champions League Match Day 6, Stadio Georgios Karaiskakis
ARSENAL: Cech; Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal; Ramsey, Flamini; Ozil, Walcott, Campbell; Giroud
You simply don’t know what to expect from a game like this – particularly with Arsenal yo-yoing in terms of their form, from one week to the next.
But, just like international football, there are few easy games in The Champions League.
Olympiacos are accustomed to winning at home in their domestic league and they will throw themselves into this game as they have an excellent chance of qualifying for the next round.
Indeed, a draw against Arsenal tonight will see them through and even various defeats could still get them into the knockout phase.
Arsenal need to win by two goals or score more than three and win.
We think that the first goal will be absolutely crucial in this one and if Arsenal get it we can see them going on to score several more on the counter attack.
But it is certainly not a game that would be putting any money on, if we were betting people.
