Arsenal will possibly look to strengthen the front line in the winter window and reports today suggest that they have their eyes on a La Liga player.
The Telegraph writes:
Arsenal look to have cleared the path to sign Celta Vigo winger Nolito next month.
Having lived in Spain for the last year this writer has had the chance to see the Celta Vigo forward at first hand.
And he is a special player who can definitely improve the Arsenal first eleven.
He can play comfortably on the wing or at number 10 and 9. And, at 29, he finds himself at the peak of his powers. He made his debut for Spain last year and now has 5 caps to his name.
At club level he has 34 goals in 84 games for Celta including 7 in 10 this season.
The 5ft 9in forward is smallish but more than strong enough to cope in The Premier League.
He would bring yet more creativity to the Arsenal side and the guarantee of goals.
So we give this one both thumbs up. Arsenal fans would love this guy.
Let’s see him in action.
