Arsenal fans may be pleased to hear that latest reports suggest Real Madrid forward Jese Rodriguez could be open to a move as his first team chances look set to be stemmed once more.
Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo have all had periods on the sidelines of late and that has given Jese centre stage at The Bernabeu.
While he hasn’t done himself any harm, 2 goals in 9 games aren’t going to keep the A-listers out of the side and Real Madrid may listen to offers according to reports in France. Sky says:
Reported Arsenal target Jese Rodriguez is ready to listen to offers regarding a move away from Real Madrid, according to Le 10 Sport.
Le 10 Sport claim Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is an admirer of Jese, who is reportedly set to listen to offers from potential suitors, and could offer him a route of the Bernabeu.
At 22 Jese would have a great chance to get into most teams – he’s quick, alert and has two lovely feet.
With 14 goals in 65 appearances for Real Madrid he is growing all the time – but not quickly enough for his liking perhaps.
Quite how much playing time he would get in an Arsenal team packed with attacking talent is arguable.
But he is a player who looks robust enough for The Premier League and he is certainly an interesting prospect.
Let’s take a look at him in action.
