There is an interesting story developing in England which Real Madrid fans may well already be abreast of. England hotshot Raheem Sterling’s future looks up in the air and Madrid are the latest club to reportedly show an interest. To the extent that they are pushing for talks, according to The Sun.

Real Madrid will open talks over a £45m move for Raheem Sterling in the next fortnight

The big question is would Sterling want to move to Spain? At 20 years of age he is very young to be thrown into such an intense spotlight at arguably the biggest club in the world. He would also look at the current playing roster and wonder where he would get into the Real Madrid side. Unless Ronaldo or Bale leaves, or Benzema finally departs, then the lad might find himself sitting on the bench for a season at least.

But, what does go in Real Madrid’s favour, is that his club would surely prefer to sell to a foreign club rather than a domestic rival.

Sterling has the potential to make the step up but he;s not a full formed footballer like Gareth Bale – and even he has struggled to cope with the technical demands of La Liga at times. Unless the lad is happy to bide his time on the bench, we just can’t see this one happening right now.

Real Madrid fans: good enough for the first team?

Raheem Sterling???Seriously???I think we should buy Paul Pogba and fill the vacant site left by Alonso as kross is not a holding midfielder. We’re wasting kroos talent. So,if we want to buy any one so desperately this season it will Paul Pogba not sterling or hazard
