PICTURE: Chelsea’s Best XI vs Hull after Jose Update

Strong

There is a sense of disappointment still hanging around Stamford Bridge after such optimism surrounding The Champions League this season.

But Jose will guard against complacency as one of the biggest titles is still within their grasp. A Premier League title, to add to The Capital One Cup, will undoubtedly be viewed as a very successful season – particularly as Chelsea have had to wait 5 years since their last Prem title.

And it’s almost bets off as far as this year’s winners are concerned. Chelsea’s form may have dipped at the wrong time but they are largely injury free and six points clear with a game in hand on their rivals, with just 9 games to go.

John Obi Mikel is the only absentee from a very deep and strong squad and this should allow Jose to put his best Chelsea side out yet again. The only real question is whether Fabregas plays at number 10 or alongside Matci in midfield. Jose seems to prefer him in a deeper role with Oscar in the hole.

So here is our XI for a should win encounter. Chelsea fans: let’s have your teams.
