Arsenal plotting move for one of the best players in the world according to latest report

Barcelona have bought brilliantly

Magician

As football fans, if we ever want to be cheered up with a bit of boundless optimism, we just go to the sports pages of The Daily Express.

They report today that Arsenal will make another move for Barcelona man Luis Suarez in the summer. Arsenal did, of course, make a much publicised offer of £40,000,001 18 months ago but didn’t manage to get their man.

But the reports says Arsenal are going back in this summer:

ARSENAL are plotting a stunning summer move for Barcelona star and former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.

Reports claim that Luis Enrique is ready to part ways with the Uruguay international following his disappointing start to life in Spain.

Hmmm. Barcelona ready to part ways? Considering that they won’t be able to buy any players in the summer, due to their continued transfer ban, we just can’t see them selling one of their most high profile players. Can you?

Suarez may not quite fit into the Barcelona system at the moment, but you can’t question his overall quality. This is comfortably one of the best players in the world. It’s surely just a matter of time before he is doing the business again.

But we have been saying for ages that Arsenal need to add a world class striker and the mouth dribbles uncontrollably to think of Suarez teaming up with Sanchez, The Ox, Cazorla et al. Hold on while I get some kitchen roll…..

Let’s see Luis scoring cartoon like goals for club and country. Arsenal fans: is there any chance of this one happening?
