There is one name that’s been cropping up persistently with regards to Chelsea transfers over the last few months. And while much of the tabloid hype is exactly that, rumours this persistent tend to have some substance.
So reports that cash-stripped Inter may be prepared to sell one of their stars to Chelsea may have some substance after all.

INTER will try to offload Mauro Icardi on Chelsea for a cut-price £20million this January in effort to appease UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules.
The 21 year old Argentinian has been about a bit already. After impressing in lower league Spanish football he made the move to Barcelona, where he spent three years. In 2011 he went to Italy and Sampdoria, first on loan, and then permanently.
After 11 goals in 33 starts the big boys, Inter, came in and he’s been there since 2013. He’s scored 21 in 43 and his influence is growing all the time.
Chelsea look pretty good up top now but we won’t be at all surprised if they invest again. Because Droggers is 36 and Costa has been injury prone. So it would be nice to see another bright young spark come into Chelsea and start making waves.
