Momentum needed

We have to admit to being a little concerned about Radamel Falcao. He was the standout signing of the summer for Manchester United but the fans haven’t yet seen what he can do.

The dream scenario would be a start for him this weekend to dispel the concerns that he’s struggling with the old knee injury. Our information is that it’s a calf or shin injury but the news from Old Trafford hasn’t exactly been crystal clear. Latest word suggests that he won’t be fit for the weekend but that he hopes to be fully fit by the time The Premier League resumes.

We all know that, even against the lesser sides, the first goal is usually crucial. Manchester United have ended up chasing games too often this season and so we want to see a front footed display from the off against Palace.

And how nice it would be to see Louis really open the throttle by selecting his most attacking side. We would like to see the diamond used once again for this game, with Januzaj right, Di Maria left and Mata in the hole with RvP and The Big Man, Wayne Rooney, up top.

So here is our preferred line up for the Palace game if Falcao isn’t passed fit. Let’s have your thoughts.
