Arsenal fans are still waiting for the club to confirm their first business of the summer. Hopefully, once they break the seal, The Gunners will go on to make the 4 or 5 really quality signings that they need in order to put up an enduring challenge for the title next season.
Because it seems obvious, from a distance, that Arsenal need to strengthen.
Exciting recent reports suggest that Arsenal plan to tie up two big deals for World Cup stars this summer.
The Metro reports:
Arsenal ‘will sign Alexis Sanchez and Morgan Schneiderlin in £42m (52m Euro) double deal’
Arsenal will sign Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez and Southampton’s this summer, according to one of France’s most reliable football experts.
Francois Pinet, who works Tele Mundial, has previously broken the news of Arsenal signing Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny, along with other big money European transfers.
Just yesterday we were touting The Saints midfielder for a move to Arsenal. He’s got the sort of technique which Wenger appreciates but also has the physicality to impose himself on games. He could turn out to be a gem for that midfield engine room.
As for Sanchez, well we have all seen the impact that he has had on The World Cup. He’s been easily one of the stand out performers and his goal against Brazil took the game to extra time and penalties on Saturday.
He’s got pace to burn and offers great quality from the wide areas. But,as we have seen in Brazil, he can also play in more central areas of the pitch to superb effect, where he gets more involved in the action.
There is very little not to like about Sanchez and Arsenal won’t be the only club that tracks him this summer. But if they can do a deal it will surely one of the best of the window.
Let’s take a look at Sanchez in action. Arsenal fans: excited?

The only reason a small club like arsenal will get SANCHEZ,is if Liverpool don’t want him as part of the Suarez deal…

sanchez would thrive at arsenal, great signing.
with him and walcott playing wide, and hopefully new pacey striker Arsenal would be really tough to play against…
