There has already been tonnes of speculation this summer about who Arsenal might sign but so far the club has only been dealing with departures.
Flappyhandski and Sagna have looked for alternative careers away from Arsenal, to the dismay of some.
The right back area is certainly one that is going to need sorting out in the next couple of months.
One player who has’t been mentioned too much in relation to a move to Arsenal full-back Glen Johnson.
He’s been a super attacking full-back for his current club over the years, but at 29, he looks to us a little tired.
He was exposed on several occasions by an Italy side not known for its pace last weekend and perhaps he needs some time to recharge the batteries.
But he does offer great experience and an almost like for like replacement for Bacary Sagna.
BetVictor have Arsenal as Premier League favourites to sign the player, if he does leave his club this summer. At odds of 5/1 the bookie reckons he’s equally likely to go to Arsenal or Real Madrid.
Arsenal fans: what do you think? Should you be going for younger player to compete with Carl Jenkinson or someone of experience?

Glen Johnson do not always fill me with confidence. I prefer the Ivorian, we are linked with. Wenger should not hesitate but snap him up immediately.
