Far be it for us to criticise. But there does appear to be some confusion as to what the newish Manchester United manager expects from his players. No wonder these usually swashbuckling stars are having a bit of a stinker in terms of trying to get inspiration from their new boss.
But seriously, with no clear style or shape to the team, can anyone understand or begin to explain to us what Manchester United’s current tactics are? The players, who were once the envy of England, seem to be charged with running around the pitch like schoolboys – all chasing the ball with no purpose or end product.
The most succinct way that we can think of putting it is that Manchester United have played themselves to a complete standstill under David Moyes.
We at soccersweep jumped ship quite early in terms of persevering with Moyes to succeed at Manchester United. But even the most faithful fan must be getting a little concerned now, to say the least!
Surely it’s time to say enough is enough. It hasn’t worked. Noone’s died. Time for Manchester United and David Moyes to go their separate ways and hopefully both have great futures in football.
At any rate, with all the doom and gloom around Old Trafford right now, you have to laugh – otherwise you will cry like babies to yo mama. If this nightmare continues we plan to cheer you up next time with – David Moyes’s heat map vs West Ham
