We at soccersweep went to see Everton against Tottenham at the weekend and it has to be said that The Toffees were really unlucky to come away with nothing. For most of the game Everton passed the ball better and generally looked like a more cohesive unit. We are exceedingly impressed with the job that Roberto Martinez has done at Everton.
This sort of game is a tough one though. Everton will be expected to take three points if they have any designs on finishing in the top four. Based on the first half of the season Crystal Palace would be expected to roll over.
But new coach Tony Pulis has rejuvenated Crystal Palace in the last month and their results and performances have picked up no end. We think that this could turn out to be a tough battle for Everton as Crystal Palace fight tooth and nail to stay in the division.
