Arsenal swoop for midfield rock – report

Diame_2860290

Various reports this morning suggest that Arsenal are keen on taking midfield powerhouse Mohamed Diame to The Emirates this January.

Sam Allardyce has calmed talk of a transfer by stating that no bid has been received from Arsenal but, with Abou Diaby constantly fighting injury, Arsene Wenger may well fancy bringing in a box to box buccaneer to complement his artistic midfield.

While Diame has had a brilliant season at West Ham Arsenal have long been criticised for a lack of mettle down the spine of the team. Diame, with his huge frame, great athleticism and eye for the odd howitzer of a goal, could well tempt Arsene Wenger.

Some reports claim that Arsenal scouts will travel to Old Trafford to watch the Senegal international, who left Wigan last summer, in action tonight in the FA Cup 3rd round replay between Manchester United and West Ham.

Hameno shamwari, you would take it is more logical to play in your opponent’s half but alas, arsenal now seem to be counter attacking even playing at home.

For seven years, Wenger has consistently brainwash the Fans that the only type of player he can sign in January tranfer are exceptionally good ones, yet he has sign none. We are waiting for his lies again when the window is close. Am sure he will not sign any player. let Wenger prove me wronge

Exactly! We as fans understand that just by watching Arsenal play and yet the players do the same thing week in and week out and nothing changes. Why?? It is so frustrating to watch the defense commit so many silly school boy mistakes and they never seem to learn from it. All we do is give them a lot of space to pass the ball to the right person. We simply do not put enough pressure on the opponents. I feel like laughing when Sagna just runs along with the opponent with the ball on the sideline. Utterly frustrating!!!

Wenger talks lies all the time and its very misleading in that it gives false hopes. We all know that Arsenal is not going to do any better with the players that we have. We have pathetic players like Sagna,Ramsey and Walcott often cant score a goal when he has only to beat the keeper which underscores the need for some signings to add to the team.

All arsene wenger got to do is to sign a stricker and all our problems will be over abou diaby is back to form according to his terrific perfomance against swansea last night..come wenger, let us do away wi giroud’s poor perfomance and sign a stricker who will lead us to winning cups.

After 8 years of misery it is time for Winger and the board to deliver or face having an empty stadium next season.

It doesn’t matter who Arsenal buy. If he can stop the opposition from playing and scoring it will be worth the money.Of course it helps if you are of a certain high std.
Btw ,Wenger has been linked with Napoli hit man. Just think if he were prepared to pay what RVP wanted, then Arsenal will not be in the present situation in the league and scouting for a similar scorer.Whoever Wenger brings in doesn’t matter. The important thing is he must start to help the team to win through assists or scoring.
Which brings me to RED FACED. Big Sam said WHU shd have had a penalty at OT. It doesn’t surprise me he was denied. I have always believed THE FA AND REFS are helping red faced to win. He will go when he is no more winning 99% of the time. That is as sure as the sun rises.
