Pools Predictor – Chelsea and Manchester United to win

It’s that time of the week again – when the loyal readers of W.P.P. , all 27 of them (26 if you don’t include me), get their hot tips on the weekend accumulator. We aren’t encouraging you to bet, we are just asking you not to blame us when you miss the chance to get thousands of pounds of FREE MONEY. If you win that is.

But, even if you don’t win, that pound spent gets the heart rate up to a nice adrenalin-fuelled level which will remind you of the first time you fell in love. And, as we always say, it’s sure as buggery better than watching what’s his face on The Lottery show.

Our doctors of football have again been holed up for a full week doing the math of a million abacae to bring to the boil a formula for this week’s outcomes. They look more tired than ever as they pass me the grubby bit of paper with the results on it. But I can tell you that, behind the profound fatigue, there is a glib smile on their faces. A smile which suggests that, although they are more knackered than a gypsy-owned fairground donkey, they know that they are about to make a whole lot of cash to spend on pretending to be young again. London’s ladies of the night beware…. the soccersweep pools panel have been let out for the weekend.

Bolton v QPR Sat 10 Mar 12:45

We seem to be in the middle of a period of unpredictable fixtures. I suppose that is what makes the league so good.

DRAW

Aston Villa v Fulham Sat 10 Mar 15:00

Fulham playing really well at the moment. Should get a draw

DRAW

Chelsea v Stoke Sat 10 Mar 15:00

Roberto has roused the troops, who respect the Chelsea legend. Should we call him RDM?

HOME WIN

Sunderland v Liverpool Sat 10 Mar 15:00

O’Neill is a genius. Albeit a verbose genius. Interviews with him are like listening to a doctor explaining a complicated illness. On telly.

DRAW

Wolves v Blackburn Sat 10 Mar 15:00

Wolves are more likely to go down than a drunk Britney Spears. Blackburn still have a chance.

DRAW

Everton v Tottenham Sat 10 Mar 17:30

Spurs keep pretending to be pretenders to the thrown. With Bale and Van Der Vaart back they will cause Everton problems. But the Toffees are tough to beat at home

DRAW

Man Utd v West Brom Sun 11 Mar 14:00

United need to make their mind up about whether they are any good or not. They should win this though.

HOME WIN

Swansea v Man City Sun 11 Mar 14:00

Could be very interesting. City have more fire power than a cold war super state but Swansea have been a joy to watch and just won’t lie down. Could be the game of the weekend.

DRAW

Norwich v Wigan Sun 11 Mar 16:00

Norwich

HOME WIN

Arsenal v Newcastle Mon 12 Mar 20:00

Should be a nice game. Arsenal. Just.

HOME WIN

At the time of writing a £1 accumulator with Ladbrokes on the above outcomes will win you £6677.47
