Juventus target Arsenal man to replace outgoing star

Arsenal could have to fight off not just Barcelona, but Juventus too if they are to keep hold of Hector Bellerin.

Italian publication Tuttosport suggest the Old Lady view the Spanish international as a potential replacement for Dani Alves, who looks to be leaving Turin after just a year.

Bellerin was one of the few Arsenal player to consistently impress in a disappointing campaign, and having played for Barca at youth level, it looked as though a return to the Nou Camp was on the cards.

Realistically, in fact, that remains the most likely option. Sport even claimed yesterday that he had already bought a house in Catalonia and moved his family out of London.

The 22-year-old isn’t the only Arsenal player Juve are interested in either, as they could sound the Gunners out about the possibility of a double swoop involving Wojciech Szczesny.

The goalkeeper is held in higher esteem in Italy than he is in England following his loan spell with Roma.
