RB Leipzig have been a revelation in this year’s Bundesliga, even if their ascent has not gone down well with the rest of German football.
Red Bull’s enormous financial backing has seen the club catapult to second in the table, only recently slipping out of a genuine title race with Bayern Munich.
Unsurprisingly, that has drawn attention to a number of their players, and Naby Keita tops that list.
According to the Mirror, Tottenham are now one of a number of clubs monitoring the 22-year-old.
The midfielder has scored six goals and assisted a further eight, most recently netting a brace in the 4-0 win over Darmstadt 98.
The only concern will be his health. After a game against Wolfsburg in March, the starlet collapsed on the pitch and was taken to hospital.
With three years remaining on his Leipzig deal, the German outfit are keen to offer him an extension, but Spurs have big plans for him as they look to expand their squad ahead of another Champions League tilt next term.
