The Spain international has featured just twice this season so he is clearly out of favour with Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane. The only question surrounds whether the playmaker is ready to give up on establishing himself at the Bernabeu and head to another league.
According to the Mirror, Mauricio Pochettino is still a big fan of the 24-year-old, who has been offered a new deal by Real, with his current contract expiring in 2018.
Isco will now discuss his options with his family before making a final decision.
It’s easy to see why Tottenham fans are getting so excited at the prospect of the signing, as although they sit just one point off the top four, there has been something lacklustre about their attack this season.
Christian Eriksen could do with more competition, while Erik Lamela shows no sign of returning from his hip injury.
Pochettino could certainly do with another attacking midfield option, and Isco would be a huge statement of intent.
