Arsenal fans are already getting excited over midfield sensation Alex Iwobi.
The winger has created three assists so far this season having finally been given an extended run in the team by Arsene Wenger.
Gunners fans have often been quick to complain about their lack of options going forward, but Iwobi has now given them a new dimension to their attack.
Nonetheless, the 20-year-old would like to see the club strengthen even more – and he has one player in particular in mind.
When asked by Copa90 who he’d like Arsenal to sign, he said:
“Neymar, he’s entertaining.”
Quickly spotting one major issue with this, though, he quickly backtracked:
“But then again, if we bring in Neymar, that’s my position gone!”
It would certainly be interesting to see, if Wenger were indeed to leave at the end of the season, whether his replacement would come in the form of a big-spender.
Neymar has long been linked with a move away from Barca, not least because he gets such a hard time in La Liga from the press.
It seems a bit of a way off before he would consider a move to a Premier League side, but he’d definitely be the perfect fit at the Emirates.
