City can do no wrong so far this season. Their first 3 games were against below-average teams but to come out and win at Old Trafford tells us exactly where they are at in the League. Bournemouth managed to get their first win last week which will ease some pressure on them after a big summer spending-spree.
In last season’s 2 fixtures between the two clubs it was nothing short of a Man City benefit. Two big wins, 5-1, and 4-0 showed who really is boss.
With City being so lethal in front of goals it makes sense that they have hammered Bournemouth in the past. It’s hard to see this one not being at least a 3, possibly 4 goal game and that’s where our money is going on this one.
Last year’s 2 matches both featured early (7th minute) goals. It’s likely we could see another one this weekend.
