Manchester City manager, Manuel Pellegrini has admitted that David Silva will miss the second leg of the Champions League game against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu next week.
The Spain international was forced out of the game when he picked an injury at the 40th minute of the game.
The Sky Blues of Manchester held the Blancos to a goalless draw yesterday at the Etihad Stadium.
Manuel Pellegrini, the manager of the side revealed after the game that the Spaniard, David Silva will miss the return encounter which has been slated for next week.
“David Silva has a hamstring injury and will not be fit in one week,” he told BT Sport.
Madrid are yet to concede a goal at home in this season’s Champions League.
