Arsenal report good squad news after title race slip up

Arsenal

Arsenal, for the first time this season have reported a fully fit squad hours after it was confirmed that they were mathematically out of the title race this season.

The full squad trained for the first time this season, on Monday, as the likes of Jack Wilshire, Santi Cazorla and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain trained on Monday.

The first team had lacked several of their key players in the hunt for a first league title in 12 years as midfielder Cazorla picked up a knee ligament injury last November against Norwich City.

Arsenal will now have to wait a further year to try their hands on winning the Premier League title after letting go of this season’s silverware when in the race with surprise packages Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspurs.
