Arsenal star sees no title glory this season

Arsenal midfielder, Aaron Ramsey has claimed that, their overwhelming 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion last night was necessary but admitted that, it might just be too late to mount any title hopes.

The gunners, at the Emirate Stadium yesterday whitewashed the Baggies with an enthused performance and a brace form Alexis Sanchez.

The victory moved them 10 points adrift League leaders Leicester City.

Ramsey offered a fair statement when he said “We played with a lot of belief and intensity tonight and made a lot of chances,” he told Sky Sports News. “We haven’t been at that standard of late and we needed that level of performance for us and our fans.

“We needed that. We played with a real purpose. We have been frustrated with the way we have been playing but that is what we are capable of. It may be too little too late but we keep going.”

Arsenal faces Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in their next outing, ahead of Leicester’s home match with Swansea City later the same day.
