Manchester United have suffered an injury blow to midfielder Marouane Fellaini, which will keep him out of Belgium’s international schedule for the next two weeks.
The 27 year old Belgian giant was injured in training the day before the West Brom game at the weekend and won’t be able to travel to meet his countrymen this week, according to The Manchester Evening News.
Belgium take on Italy and Spain over the next two weeks before Manchester United return to club action when they travel to Watford on Saturday 21st November.
The Manchester United star’s injury isn’t thought to be serious and he may well be ready for the trip to London.
Fellaini has been a bit part player for Manchester Untied this season after a slow start due to suspension, brought forward from last season.
But he has been useful for Manchester United every time he has come on to the park and can consider himself a tad unlucky not to be a regular for Louis van Gaal after an excellent campaign last time out.
Time will tell whether he can force his way back into the side.
